She has a 5 year bachelor of architecture coupled with 20 years of experience in architectural design, interior design and construction, working with clients from the design development phase through the final stage of construction and occupancy. With 20 years of experience on the North Shore, Ann understands local zoning and building codes. Ann has considerable knowledge in the fields of landscape architecture, photography and print media which aid in staging, marketing and selling a home.

Jeff's background with such global companies as Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Diageo, and Conagra Brands, as well as his time spent managing consulting engagements across North America, has provided him with strong negotiating skills, a firm belief in data-based decision-making, and a comfort with handling detailed, complex projects for his clients. Jeff has an in-depth knowledge of the North Shore market and an appreciation for how it has changed over the years. As a two-term member of the Lake Forest District 67 Board of Education, and a past Chairman of the Lake Forest High School Foundation, Jeff has a deep appreciation and understanding of public education in Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and the surrounding communities. In her prior career, she was a Senior Executive of a 2 Billion Dollar banking group that covered over 4 states.

Born, raised and residing in Lake Forest, Jennifer has an in depth understanding of Lake Forest/Lake Bluff, the North Shore, and the City of Chicago. Her background in sales, marketing, development, customer service, relationship building, and management are significant strengths that she can draw from in the real estate area. Jennifer has knowledge of both the private and public schools in Lake Forest, and she serves as a volunteer annually within the 67 and 115 school districts. She is deeply committed to the Lake Forest Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, having worked on the past 9 Showhouse and Gardens in a leadership capacity. She also oversees the Treasures Tent at the annual Antiques for the Infant Welfare Society. Jennifer has a passion for interior design, local architecture and enjoys antique and accessory hunting. She has assisted many families locally with their moves, organizing, and staging their homes with the ability of repurposing their treasures. With her knowledge of the North Shore, background in sales, and natural leadership acumen, Jennifer is an insightful real estate professional.
